Money that keeps your business rolling

Finance for Aussie businesses on wheels: the truck or van, the fit-out, the gear and the cash to get through event season. One 60-second enquiry, no credit check to ask, and a real person who knows how mobile traders earn.

  • $5k – $5m
  • No credit check to enquire
  • No spray-and-pray

The fine print, in big print

No credit check to enquire

Asking what's possible leaves your credit file alone. A credit check only comes up once you choose to go ahead.

No spray-and-pray

Your details don't get flung at a crowd of lenders. We match your situation properly, so your phone won't melt.

A real person on your file

Someone who gets how mobile businesses earn reads your enquiry and calls you. Honest answers on the form mean the right fit first time.

Truck-stop calculator

How much rig are you really funding?

Most people price the truck and forget the rest. Add the fit-out, take off what you're putting in, and you'll see the number a lender actually looks at.

  • Your stake (cash, trade-in or equity) changes the options open to you.
  • Fit-outs, generators and opening stock count as part of the project.
  • The full calculator adds a weekly cash-flow check and an event-season planner.

What does your business roll in on?

Tap your type of business for the pages written for you.

Food trucks and kitchen trailers

The truck, the kitchen inside it and the stock to open the hatch. Lenders look at what the rig costs, what you're putting in and how the business earns (or will earn) across the year.

Mobile coffee vans and carts

A coffee van lives or dies on its machine, grinder, water and power set-up. Fund the van and the gear together, and plan for the mornings that get rained out.

Couriers and owner-drivers

Your van is your income. Whether it's a first van, an upgrade or a second vehicle for a driver, the question is how the repayments sit against the contract work you've got.

Tradies' utes and vans

Canopies, drawers, racking and the tools that live in them. A proper fit-out saves hours every week, and funding it doesn't have to drain the job account.

Market stalls

Gazebo, stock, card reader and a van to haul it all. Stall businesses often earn in cash-heavy bursts, so clean records make a big difference when you ask for money.

Pop-up shops and short leases

A pop-up is a fast test with real costs: fit-out you'll pull out again, stock, a short lease and marketing. Funding needs to match the short runway.

Festival and event traders

Site fees due months ahead, stock bought before the gates open and takings that land all at once. Event season is a cash-timing puzzle more than a profit problem.

Mobile mechanics and service vans

Diagnostic gear, a fitted-out service vehicle and parts on hand. Growing from one van to two is where most mobile service businesses need a hand with funding.

Things traders get told, and what's actually true

Myth“No shopfront, no loan.”

ActuallyLenders care about how a business earns, not whether it has a front door. A mobile business with steady deposits and tidy records can be assessed on its turnover and bank statements like any other trader.

Myth“Just asking will hurt my credit score.”

ActuallyEnquiring with us involves no credit check. It only comes up later, if you decide you want to go ahead with an option.

Myth“One quiet winter makes me unfundable.”

ActuallySeasonal takings are normal for outdoor traders. A good assessment looks across the whole year, and it helps to explain your season upfront so it reads as a pattern, not a problem.

Myth“The bank said no, so that's the end of it.”

ActuallyBanks are only one door. Non-bank options exist, and bad credit or ATO debt is looked at case by case rather than as an automatic no.

The trader's year

Busy months pay for quiet ones — if the timing works

For plenty of outdoor traders, the money arrives in summer but the bills arrive in spring: site fees, stock, staff and repairs before the first big weekend. Then winter asks you to cover the van, the insurance and the loan with half the bookings.

That's a timing problem, not a failing business. Our cash-flow pages and the event-season planner help you see the dip coming and fund it on your terms.

Questions

What mobile traders ask us first

Can I get finance for a food truck if the business is brand new?

Sometimes. With no trading history, lenders lean on other comfort — usually a bigger contribution from you or property you own. Once a mobile business has been trading for a while with regular deposits, unsecured options sized on turnover and bank statements can open up. We look at each situation individually.

Does enquiring affect my credit score?

No. There's no credit check when you first enquire. A credit check is only discussed once you've chosen an option and decided to go ahead.

How much can a mobile business borrow?

Unsecured, cash-flow and line-of-credit options for trading businesses typically run from $5,000 to $500,000, sized on turnover and bank statements. If you own residential or commercial property, property-secured business loans run from $20,000 to $5,000,000.

Can the fit-out and gear be funded along with the vehicle?

Often, yes. The vehicle, the kitchen or shelving fit-out, machines, generators and some opening stock can be looked at as one project, depending on the option that suits you. The truck-stop calculator helps you add it all up first.

Why don't you publish interest rates?

Because every loan is priced on the business's own circumstances — the amount, the security, the trading history and the term. A published rate would be wrong for most people. We'd rather look at your situation and give you real numbers.

What if I have bad credit or owe the ATO?

Tell us upfront. Bad credit and ATO debt are considered case by case, and being honest on the form means we can point you to the right option instead of wasting your time.

Will my details be sent to a stack of lenders?

No. We don't spray enquiries around. A real person reviews your situation and matches it carefully, so you won't be flooded with calls.

Can I use the money for personal things?

No — it's business finance only. Vehicles, fit-outs, equipment, stock, site fees, tax bills and working capital for the business all qualify as business purposes.

Ready to see what your rig could qualify for?
